LEGAL ISSUES


  • COPYRIGHT- All content should be either used with with permission from the op or be created by an advertising industry
  • ACCURACY- Every effort should be made to represent the product so no false claims can be made.
  • PRIVATE PROPERTY- permission for the location should be in writing so no trespassing
  • PRIVACY- people inn the product need to sign a contract that their likeness can be used. if filming in public you have to let the public know they may be in a media product
  • DISCRIMINATION- None will be unfairly dissmissed on the basis of race, ethnicity religion, gender ect

ETHICAL
  • Inappropriate imagery- young actors, special care must be taken to make sure young actors/models are not being taken advantage of
